Description
“Singell Summer Blossom” is a clonal tea crafted by Singell Tea Estate, a proud member of the Tea Promoters Group, renowned for its authentic organic practices. Located in the Kurseong Valley, this small estate is celebrated for its high-quality chinary cultivars, which make up approximately 80% of its tea production.
The dry leaves present a uniform size with shades of coppery brown, interspersed with an abundance of golden tips. The aroma is rich and inviting, with notes of roasted nuts. This tea is a blend of the Av2 and P312 clones, both highly esteemed and flavourful varieties in Darjeeling. The appearance is captivating, promising a delightful brewing experience.
Upon brewing for 5 minutes, the tea yields a golden liquor with a fruity and nutty aroma. The liquor is bright and shimmering, enticing you to taste it. The first sip reveals a prominent muscatel note that gradually evolves into fruity flavours. As the liquor coats the palate, it unveils true second flush woody and nutty undertones. The taste sweetens towards the end, leaving a sweet, lingering aftertaste.
The infusion is bright and coppery, exuding a sweet, fruity, and musky aroma, making this tea ideal for re-steeping.
Overall, Singell Summer Blossom is a perfect choice for second flush enthusiasts. We highly recommend this organic tea.
