Singell Classic First Flush is an ORGANIC TEA from the farms of SINGELL TEA ESTATE. Singell Tea Estate is owned by Tea Promoters India Pvt Ltd. Along with Singell Tea Estate they own Seeyok Tea Estate, Snowview Tea Estate, Selimbong Tea Estate & Samabeong Tea Estate. All these 5 gardens produce the best quality teas in Darjeeling.

This Singell Classic is a pure Chinary tea manufactured to perfection. The tea comes from the quality section of this garden at an elevation of 5250 ft. It has been manufactured under the guidance of expert tea advisors and quality check managers.

The tea is bright green with plenty of silver tips. When brewed for 4 minutes, we get a perfect liquor which is a bright shade of light yellow. The aroma is very floral and a hint of green. The sip Starts with a sweet floral taste which is like white flowers.  Towards mid sip we feel a hint of green which only makes the tea more delicate. It ends well with a smooth aftertaste. The taste gets better as the tea cools.

This is a perfect First Flush Tea. This is our first offering from Singell Tea Estate but we are sure there will be plenty more in the future. We are sure you will love this masterpiece from the small tea estate located in the Kurseong Valley which is also referred to as the GOLDEN VALLEY due to the high quality teas produced here.

• DRY LEAVES: Bright appearance perfectly sized leaves with plenty of silver buds.
• LIQUOR: Bright yellow with sweet fruity green aroma.
• INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves and floral  aroma with hints of grassy note.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
