Singbuli China Flowery is an ORGANIC TEA from the farms of SINGBULI TEA ESTATE. The garden is basically divided into 4 divisions: Singbulli Division, Manja Division, Tingling Division and Murmah Division. This estate was previously owned by Jayshree Tea & Industries Ltd but in 2021 it was taken over by the Barelia family based in Siliguri. This tea is among the earliest plucking from the Singbuli Division. It is a pure Chinary cultivar and has been manufactured with utmost care and perfection.

The appearance is a bright shade of green and the aroma is ‘warm’ like roasted almonds. When brewed for 4 minutes we get a light greenish yellow liquor with a citrus and floral aroma. As soon as you sip the cup you will know it is a chinary cultivar as it has all characters of a good chinary first flush. The sip starts with a tangy sparkle in the tip of the tongue but as the sip hits the palate we get a more balanced flavor, The taste is little nutty, floral and has a citrus undertone. Towards the end we feel slight astringent which adds to the glory of the tea. Overall we will say this to be a good chinary tea which can be enjoyed all through the day.

• DRY LEAVES: Bright green long twisted leaves with visible silver tips.
• LIQUOR: Pale greenish yellow with sweet fruity tangy citrus like aroma.
• INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves and fruity aroma.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 3.5 minutes to 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
