Risheehat Classic China is a vibrant classic china specimen from the iconic Risheehat Tea Estate. It is indeed a pleasure to list this tea in our catalog.
The dry leaves are fine sorted well rolled with a sweet baked cookies aroma. When brewed for 4 minutes we get a golden liquor which is medium bodied. The tea is perfect to enjoy with friends over a good conversation. The flavor is typical chinary with a hint of earthen flavor which give the tea a perfect balance. It is mild astringent and the aftertaste is prolonged.
A tea which is just perfect to be had any time of the day.
- DRY LEAVES: Fine rolled coppery black leaves with baked cookies aroma
- LIQUOR: Bright golden color with smooth musky aroma.
- INFUSION: Coppery dark brown and blackish green leaves with sweet floral aroma.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil (95C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
