Ringtong Wonder is a CLASSIC CHINARY TEA from the farms of RINGTONG TEA ESTATE. The garden is basically a part of  Kurseong Valley and is located below Sonada. Ringtong has the best and largest Flora and Fauna among all Darjeeling gardens. This is mainly because the garden was opened after a long lock down of 18 years in the year 2014. It is only the love of the Choudhury family towards Darjeeling Tea which made them restart this garden even after so many challenges.

This tea is among the early manufacturing of this garden. It is a pure chinary cultivar and the flavor is very floral. The dry leaves are green and tightly curled. When brewed for 4 minutes we get a light greenish yellow liquor with pleasant aroma of summer fruits. The flavor starts with a tart green like feel but gradually by mid-sip we get the original fruity flavors. It has notes of apricot and mango with an undertone of green which make this tea really beautiful. The infusion is green and has a sweet aroma.

Overall this is a good tea and a perfect everyday cup. A real value for money tea. This is our first listing from Ringtong Tea Estate but we are sure we will have lot of teas from this estate.

• DRY LEAVES: Bright green long twisted leaves with visible silver needles.
• LIQUOR: Pale yellow with sweet fruity – mango like aroma.
• INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves and fruity aroma.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 3.5 minutes to 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
