Crafted from a meticulous blend of clonal AV2 and chinary cultivar, this exceptional and rare tea embodies the essence of Puttabong’s dedication to excellence. This tea is about 25% Av2 Clone & 75% Chinary which is a very rare and flavourful combination. The leaves, long and uncut, are delicately rolled to preserve their innate flavors and aromas. Upon opening the pouch, one is greeted by a subtle nuttiness intertwined with the enchanting fragrance of blossoms, offering a tantalizing invitation to indulge in its sensory journey.
When brewed for 4 minutes, we get a beautiful aromatic bright liquor which has prominent flavours which hit your nostrils. As the first sip caresses the palate, a symphony of flavors unfolds. - DRY LEAVES: Long fine rolled uncut teas in bright shade with nutty-floral aroma.
- LIQUOR: Pale greenish yellow liquor with thick floral woody aroma
- INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves having fruity aroma.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 4 minutes to 5 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
