Description
Jungpana Vintage Spring is an early produce of First Flush this year. Jungpana has some Chinary Hybrid old bushes which carry the Vintage Legacy of this garden and are known to produce best teas. They have the astringent chinary flavor along with a thick body of Assamica bushes.
The dry leaves are uncut with shades of green and tips. Aroma is little grassy with a citrus twang. When brewed for 3.5 minutes it gives a golden yellow liquor with strong floral aroma. The sip is a blissful experience. A thick bouquet of floral notes burst in the palate and the aftertaste is like marigold.
A tea which only Jungpana is capable of producing. Indeed a VINTAGE JUNGPANA TEA.
- DRY LEAVES: Bright twisted uncut leaves in shades of green.
- LIQUOR: Bright golden with floral aroma.
- INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves and passion fruit aroma.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 3.5 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
