Description
Jungpana Mahalderam Spring Delight is a wonderful traditional chinary offering from Mahalderam an outer division of Jungpana Tea Estate.
The dry leaves are uncut curly mix of green and dark green with plenty of visible tips. The aroma is like baked cookies and towards the fruity tone. When brewed for 3.5 minutes it gives bright yellow liquor with floral and mossy aroma. The taste is complex mixture of floral and a musky aftertaste which is a trademark Jungpana taste. The brewed leaves are bright green with strong green and floral aroma.
Overall a perfect first flush for any mood and time of the day.
- DRY LEAVES: Long twisted green leaves along plenty silver tips.
- LIQUOR: Bright and brisk pleasant yellow with floral aroma
- INFUSION: Bright green whole leaves.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 3.5 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
