Goomtee MV Delight is an ORGANIC TEA from the farms of GOOMTEE TEA ESTATE. There are two out divisions of Goomtee Tea Estate namely MOHAN MAJUA TEA ESTATE and NARBADA MAJUA TEA ESTATE. Both of these estates are now better known as THE MUSCATEL VALLEY. They are the highest elevated plantation of Darjeeling (at 7200 ft) and due to the micro climate the teas are the best.

Normally due to the high altitude, the temperature is cold throughout and during winters there is a lot of frost in the bushes. Due to the cold climate the growth of leaves is slow and this adds to the very unique flavor which only teas from this part of the plantation have.

The dry leaves are pure chinary uncut leaves which are a visual delight. The aroma is intoxicating and has a nutty feel. When brewed for full 4 minutes, we get a beautiful yellow cup which has a aroma of baked nuts and sunflower. The taste is perfect and has a well balanced flavor. Sip starts with a nutty twist and gets floral as it hits the palate. It ends well with a prolonged aftertaste.

This is a very different tea and is a must try. We suggest this to all our tea lovers.

• DRY LEAVES: Bright green long twisted leaves with baked aroma.
• LIQUOR: Bright yellow with sweet floral sunflower like aroma.
• INFUSION: Bright green with whole leaves and floral  aroma with a hint of cool mint.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 3.5 minutes to 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
