Description
Castleton Spring China Delight is a supreme specimen of first flush Darjeeling Tea. The dry leaves are fine sorted with a forest green appearance. When brewed for 4 minutes it gives a topaz yellow liquor with very sweet crisp aroma.
The sip begins with a sweet note that is similar to that of peach. The flavour gets more prominent as the sip ends and leaves behind a very smooth floral musky aftertaste. Somewhere between mid-sip a very jasmine like floral note prominently hits the pallets making this tea a real special delight.
We feel that our catalogue would have been incomplete without this masterpiece. We love this tea and surely this will be loved by all Darjeeling tea connoisseurs.
