Avongrove Summer Euphoria: like previous year this year too we have listed this wonderful tea. There are some teas which become brands and ‘EUPHORIA’ is now a brand without which our catalog would remain incomplete.

The dry leaves are fine curled dark coppery black with plenty of golden buds. The aroma is sweet like dates with a musky tone which fills your nose. When brewed for 5 minutes it gives a beautiful bright sunset color liquor with floral fermented fruits aroma. The taste is a pure Av2 clone. The sip starts with a woody sweet note which gets intense and fruity towards mid-sip. It ends with a pleasant sweet musk fermented wine like taste.  The aftertaste is smooth with no astringency.

This is one of the best Av2 summer clones we have procured this season.

• DRY LEAVES: Fine rolled uncut twisted coppery brown leaves with plenty golden tips.
• LIQUOR: Bright Sunset color with musky dates aroma.
• INFUSION: Coppery dark leaves with sweet fruity aroma.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 170ml. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
