Arya Pearl Tea is an organic tea from Arya Tea Estate. This is among the most sort-after tea from the farms of Arya and is the least produced tea in their JEWEL COLLECTION. This is the least produced tea because to manufacture this tea, a particular standard of tea leaf is required which is available only in selected sections of the garden and this can only be manufacture from the very first plucking of the leaves. The tea is manufactured using least machinery. There is no rolling or fermenting in this pearl tea.

Pearl Tea is a form of Bi-Mudan tea which is basically the purest form of white tea. Very fine 2 leaf and a bud is plucked for this tea and the leaves are sun withered in the open. Then to ensure there is no moisture left in the tea, it is dried in the dryer. The dry leaves are un-rolled and vey delicate. The aroma is of baked vegetables. When brewed for 5 minutes, we get a greenish yellow, apricot like color liquid which has smooth and delicate floral aroma. The color and aroma itself has a calming effect on you. The taste is very sweet and smooth. It has a balanced flavor of sweet floral grassy note and the aftertaste is delicate and floral. The brewed leaves are bright green and whole uncut with a baked vegetable like aroma.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
